The changes of elementary school climate caused by the remote schooling

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of changing the climate of class collectives caused by remote schooling. The research investigation deals with the connections between the functioning of class teams today and the social ties between students that have been disrupted by remote schooling. It deals with climatic types of the school environment, their positives and negatives. It clarifies the roles of individual school positions and explains competencies and the possibilities of influence of these posts on influencing the class climate. In the last part of the theoretical part, he outlines the possibilities of diagnostic investigations in the school environment and the selection for the research investigation of this work. The research was carried out using a quantitative questionnaire survey in the form of an electronic questionnaire with closed questions. The respondents were pupils of the 8th year of elementary school. The survey results were interpreted using pie charts and commented. Answers that deviated from the average of other respondents were compared with other answers of specific respondents, entered in a graph and subsequently commented on. Accountability of Public and Private Elementary School

The bachelor's thesis deals with the school accountability. It explores accountability as a phenomenon that exists but it is not explicitly expressed and systematically integrated into the process of managerial control in Czech school. The work summarizes the gained knowledge and approaches to accountability in Czech and foreign environment and their links with the school management in general. The aim of qualitative research is to contribute to the expansion of scientific knowledge in this area. There are identified external subjects of public and private schools in the case study, their main interests which are subsequently compared. The work is intended for school directors; bringing a more detailed view on demands of external subjects, both public and private schools, offering specific procedures and recommendations to school management, which can be considered as an accountable proceeding to external subjects. Hidden curriculum and the possibility to influence it from different levels of the organizational structure

In the theoretical part of this thesis research concepts curriculum and hidden curriculum. The following is a list of managerial functions that influence hidden curriculum music school. The following contains areas for specific training in music schools. In the empirical part is based on data found in the research questionnaire survey and the data obtained in the interviews that were conducted on a random sample of respondents from among the directors, representatives, department heads and teachers of music schools. The aim of the research is to compare whether and to what extent the respondents were involved in activities that may affect the hidden curriculum in the music school. Activities affecting the hidden curriculum of various organizational positions were determined on the basis of interviews with respondents in the pilot study. The work provides an interpretation of the curriculum and the hidden curriculum. Searches concepts was based on the use of our and foreign literature. Following are sorted managerial activities related to the management of the curriculum in music schools.

This bachelor's thesis studies criteria of the choice of the school's headmaster's closest colleague, or more specifically, a deputy headmaster in a kindergarten and the primary schools in Benešov. It investigates the criteria used by the headmasters, and whether personal, or rather professional qualities are preferred in the selection. A qualitative research conducted in form of a case study shows that the addressed respondents had certain criteria they used to choose a competent and experienced co-worker on the position of deputy headmaster because good decision in this matter is very important for them. Materials obtained during the interviews showed how big the responsibility of the deputy is, how much work they need to do and how important for the headmaster they are. Primary school management in the transition to grammar school dabing the 5th and 7 th grades

In the introductory part of the final bachelor thesis the theoretical basis are described. These are the ones that school management can rely on when influencing the decision-making process of pupils and their legal representatives whether to change to grammar school or whether pupil's education will remain at the existing primary school. The practical part of the paper deals with finding motifs when leaving to grammar schools is considered, in other words, reasons why pupils remain at primary schools. Moreover, it provides recommendations for school management to influence these decisions.
Competencies of deputy headmaster of primary school

A thesis deals with still not very clear conception of the deputy headmaster of the primary school. It determines which competences are delegated to these workers , and whether the scope of their activities affects the size of the school and any number of deputy headmasters . The selected sample of primary schools in the Czech Republic were studied and then the current practice was described in the key areas of the school management. The present thesis has been completed using available literature a freely accessible Internet resources relating to the topic . Based on generally accepted legal norms and specific laws governing the area of education. A quantitative research was conducted in the form of both a sample survey and a questionnaire in the online environment. It was aimed at current concept of the deputy headmasters in primary schooling in the key areas of school management and identifying specific actions contained in the job description. Addressed respondents were the deputy headmasters of the school head . Their views on the possible definition of a legal base of this job and the number of students and graduates of the shool management were also examined.
